Reiki I Training initiate students into the Usui Reiki Lineage through an attunement. The student will understand the many uses of Reiki as well as become familiar with the meaning, history, and principles of REiki. the student will learn about energy and the mind/body connection, chakras, meditation, and techniques from the Reiki tradition. Information will be provided on how to develop a Reiki spiritual practice and how to practice Reiki on oneself and others. Email me to set up training!
