This October, 1st-31st, we are inviting you to join our Legs Up the Wall Challenge—a simple, yet deeply restorative practice that can transform your wellbeing in just a few minutes a day. Viparita Karani (Legs Up the Wall) is known to calm the nervous system, reduce stress and anxiety, ease lower back tension, improve circulation, support lymphatic drainage, and even aid in better sleep. By elevating the legs, the body gently shifts into a state of rest and renewal, helping balance energy and soothe the mind. Whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this pose is accessible to everyone and a beautiful way to slow down during the autumn season.

The RULES are simple

  1. Sign up for the Legs Up The Wall Series on or before October 1st or anytime during October to participate. You must sign up to get your name in the drawing. By signing up, you will get daily reminders to do your 5 minutes of Viparita Karani!
  2. Post yourself doing Legs Up The Wall on social media and tag @suzanyogainspired, so I can add to my Instagram and Facebook stories each time you do Legs Up The Wall.
  3. Set a goal for yourself to participate, whether that is a daily practice or three days per week. Make this work for you, so hopefully it becomes part of your lifestyle.
